(b) Departure of Director
Richard DeLateur notified FormFactor, Inc. (the Company) on July 22, 2019 that he intends to resign from his position on the board of directors (the Board) of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. DeLateurs resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company or any of its officers or other directors on any matters relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. The Company intends to consider exemplary and diverse candidates to fill the director position being vacated as a result of Mr. DeLateurs departure.
Mr. DeLateur served as the Companys Chief Financial Officer from May 2010 through 2011 and as a director since 2011. The Companys management and the Board thank Mr. DeLateur for his leadership and contributions over the past nine years and look forward to his ongoing support as an advisor to the Board.
