FormFactor Ships 2000th Matrix Probe Card

LIVERMORE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/13 -- FormFactor Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) today announced the shipping of its 2000th probe card incorporating the company's proprietary Matrix architecture. This shipment milestone, which includes the company's SmartMatrix™, TouchMatrix™ and TrueScale Matrix™ advanced wafer probe cards used by IC manufacturers for full wafer-contact DRAM, Flash memory and system-on-chip device testing, was achieved 18 months sooner than that of any other product in the company's history. The 2000th Matrix probe card was shipped to a major memory manufacturer, where it is being used for next-generation, mobile DRAM testing.
